Nichols Heavy-Duty Sod Blades are manufactured in the USA from hardened hot-forged carbon steel for exceptional durability. The center cutting section is precision sharpened to cut straight and stay sharp. Side plates are furnished standard with hardfaced edges, either on the inside to allow resharpening, or the outside for sandy or abrasive conditions.

Nichols Extreme-Duty Sod Blades have all the features of our Heavy-Duty blades but feature a folded section to resist deflection under extreme loads and high speeds common with automated turf harvesting machinery.
